Lichtin Plaza Enhancements

Lichtin Plaza, the exterior plaza of the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts is set to undergo enhancements over the next several months.

• Dedicated drop-off lane
• Added wheelchair accessible ramps
• Enhanced greenspace and new flex space

Fencing has been installed around portions of the exterior plaza of the Martin Marietta Center. Please note that throughout this construction project the building remains open and fully operational.

In the coming weeks, there may be alternative access points into the building to ensure guest safety and convenience. We’ll have clear signage and team members on-site to help guide your way.
