Parking
To help reduce traffic congestion near the venue during events, we strongly encourage guests to utilize one of several parking decks located along Wilmington Street, as identified on the parking map. Click here or scroll below to view a parking location map.
Directional parking signage will be placed near the venue and at key intersections to help guide guests to these available parking locations.
Accessible parking is available in downtown parking deck locations as noted on the parking map below.
Please allow extra travel time, arrive early, and review parking options prior to your visit.
Please note: Due to construction of the new Omni Raleigh Hotel, the two parking lots located directly in front of the Martin Marietta Center have closed permanently as of November 23.
Lichtin Plaza Drop-Off Lane
A dedicated drop-off lane is now available on Lichtin Plaza to provide a convenient arrival and departure experience for guests. The lane is intended for active drop-off and pick-up only, vehicles may not wait or park in this area. Traffic control staff will be on-site to help keep vehicles moving efficiently.
The drop-off lane is accessed via South Street on the west side of the Martin Marietta Center. Vehicles must enter and exit with right turns only. Please note that left turns into the drop-off lane from South Street are not permitted. If traveling from Wilmington Street, continue to Davie Street, turn left onto Salisbury Street, and then turn left onto South Street to approach the entrance.
The drop-off lane will open when doors open for performances and remain open for 30 minutes following performances.

NOTICE: The exit ramp from Westbound Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd to northbound McDowell St. is closed from 4/15/26-12/31/26. The recommended detour is a right turn at Wilmington St. followed by a left turn on either South St. or Lenoir St.

From I-40 / South Raleigh
From I-40 take exit 298-B. Go 1.5 miles north on S. Saunders St. Turn right onto Lenoir St. Go 2 blocks on Lenoir St and turn right on Salisbury St. Go 1 block and turn left on South St. The Martin Marietta Center is on the right.
From US-1 / Capital Blvd. / North Raleigh
Take US-1 South into Raleigh. US-1 becomes Capital Blvd. Stay on Capital Blvd., crossing over I-440 (the Beltline). After you cross I-440 go another 3.4 miles south. Capital Blvd. becomes Dawson St. Go 10 blocks south on Dawson St. (0.8 miles). Turn left onto Lenoir St. Go 2 blocks on Lenoir St and turn right on Salisbury St. Go 1 block and turn left on South St. The Martin Marietta Center is on the right.
From US-70 / Glenwood Ave. / Northwest Raleigh
From Glenwood Avenue / US-70, follow the US-70 E. signs toward downtown Raleigh. US-70 travels along Glenwood Avenue, turns onto Wade Avenue, then exits onto Capital Blvd. heading south. Capital Blvd. becomes Dawson St. Go 10 blocks south on Dawson St. (0.8 miles). Turn left onto Lenoir St. Go 2 blocks on Lenoir St and turn right on Salisbury St. Go 1 block and turn left on South St. The Martin Marietta Center is on the right.

The R-LINE, Downtown Raleigh’s free circulating bus, has a stop at the main entrance of the Raleigh Convention Center. The bus runs in a clockwise loop and visits each stop about every fifteen minutes.

Downtown Raleigh Community and Engagement Ambassadors are an information resource providing a direct, on-street connection to downtown happenings. Further, Safety Ambassadors contribute to the overall safety downtown by patrolling municipal-owned decks as well as the public realm.
