Event Details
250 years. 20 songs. One night only.
For 250 years, America has expressed its ideals of peace and freedom through music—and now, those songs are coming together in one powerful night. Celebrating America’s Playlist is a live concert that marks the nation’s Semiquincentennial with a soundtrack that spans from 1776 to today.
Set at the AJ Fletcher Opera Theater, this event brings local choirs, soloists, and ensembles to the stage—backed by a stellar live band and led by a visionary music director. Each performance is paired with short narration that connects the music to defining moments in U.S. history and to the enduring spirit of liberty that has shaped—and been shaped by—each generation.
Presented by Crabtree Rotary and your local Rotary clubs, this is more than a concert—it’s a celebration that lets the story of our nation sing through the voices of our community.
